Concrete you can drive, walk and build on in Waldorf, MD
Advantage Waldorf Concrete builds and repairs concrete for houses and commercial properties, and we start every job with the ground and the water under it, since that's where most concrete trouble begins.

Clear plans and careful prep
We're a concrete contractor based in Waldorf, and we treat every job the same way. We tell you what we'll do, why each step matters and what concrete can and can't do, including where it's likely to crack.
Concrete work in Waldorf
We pour driveways and other flatwork, walls and foundations for homes and businesses, starting at your property. Size, prep and finish set the price, weather and curing set the timing, and your estimate lists what's included.

Concrete driveway building
A new driveway built on a dug-out, packed base so it can carry your cars, for when the old one is cracked, sinking or breaking apart.

Concrete patio construction
Patios sized for how you actually use the backyard, with the surface sloped away from the house so rain doesn't pool against your foundation.

Stamped concrete services
Stamped concrete is pressed with patterns while it's still wet so it looks like stone, brick or slate. It suits patios, walks and pool areas where looks matter.

Concrete sidewalk building
Heaved or sunken walks become trip hazards, so we replace them with new sidewalks and cut control joints that steer cracks to lines we chose.

Garage floor concrete
For a new garage or a cracked, settled floor, we pour a slab built for vehicles and sloped toward the door so melting snow runs out.

Decorative concrete
Color, exposed stone and custom finishes for concrete you'll see every day, built on the same packed base as everything else we pour.

Concrete retaining walls
When a slope keeps washing out or a yard needs leveling, a poured wall holds the ground back, with steel rebar tying it together and drainage behind it.

Concrete floor installation
Interior concrete floors for basements, shops, warehouses and additions, poured flat and finished smooth or left ready for the flooring going on top.

Concrete pool decks
Pool decks need a finish with grip when wet and a slope that carries splash water away from the pool and the house. We plan both before we pour.

Concrete steps construction
Front and back steps poured with even step heights and a solid footing below, for when old steps have sunk, pulled away from the house or started crumbling.

Slab foundation building
A slab foundation is one thick pour that a house, garage or addition sits right on. The ground under it gets dug out, packed and checked first.

Foundation installation
Full foundations for new homes, additions and commercial buildings, from digging and footings to poured walls, laid out for the soil and water on your lot.

Concrete parking lot building
Parking lots for shops, offices and rental properties, graded so rain drains off and built for daily traffic and delivery trucks.

Concrete footings
Footings are the concrete pads and strips that spread a load into the ground under decks, additions, walls and posts. They need firm soil and enough depth.

Foundation raising
If a slab or foundation has sunk and doors stick or floors slope, raising lifts it back toward level. We find out why it sank first.

Concrete cutting
Saw cutting through slabs and walls for new openings, plumbing trenches or removing a damaged section without breaking up the concrete around it.

Who we are
I started Advantage Waldorf Concrete in 2013 after years of upkeep for a property management company, patching cracked walks, sunken steps and tired driveways that someone else had poured.
We're fully licensed and insured, and we work in cities across Charles County and Prince George's County for homeowners, property managers and small business owners. You can read more about our background and how we work.
Waldorf and nearby cities
We're based in Waldorf and pour concrete in cities across Charles and Prince George's counties, including La Plata and Clinton.
What working with us looks like
Most of how we work comes from years of fixing other people's concrete, and here's what that means once you hire us.
- Base before finish. On a tight budget I'd cut back the finish before the base, because a skimped base turns into sinking and cracks later.
- Estimates you can compare. Each line shows what's included and what isn't, so you can lay our bid next to anyone else's and see the difference.
- The owner checks your job. I look at every job and write every estimate myself, so the person you talked to is the one checking the work.
- Permits sorted for your address. We check what your permit office asks for, whether it's the county or the Town of La Plata, and handle our part as your contractor.
- Satisfaction guaranteed on every job. That's our promise. To get started, call (240) 213-7379 or tell us about the job on our contact page.

From first call to finish
You'll know what's happening at each stage, from the day I measure your job to the day we walk the finished concrete together.
Site visit
I come out to your property, measure the area, take photos and ask how you'll use the space. That tells me how to plan the base, thickness and drainage. The visit is free and comes with no obligation.
Estimate
You get a written estimate that lists what's included and what isn't. Before we set a date, we check with the permit office covering your address, handle our part of the permit and get the utility lines marked.
The work
Our crew does the work, and I'm on site to check the base, the slope and the forms before the concrete truck arrives. When we're done, I walk it with you and explain how to care for it through its first winter.
